Super OYO Punjabi Nature Residency

Location is superb. Staff at reception and at restaurant are well mannered. They were so good at handling their guests. Main issue was unavailability of rooms as i reach the hotel. There was only one room left with them. It was a very small spaced one. With a horrible condition. It was full of seepages from AC drains. No issues were reported from any nearby rooms. But mine was just a waste of money.

The phone is not working even AC cooling is not effective. and even the hotel charged higher amount At the reception they said your amount is so less and you have to charge extra money i don't know what actually the problem between Oyo and hotel owners. Room is good but the cleanliness is not up to the mark in corridor

Ac tv fridge shawer not working I also complained that they get it fixed but they don't fix it and ask for 500 to 600 ₹ more than booking thieves charge extra money every time you talk to oyo customer care that they are charging extra then they come on line and give you room at your booking price

Reasonable for the price.
1. The room size is decent. I had booked rooms, out of which one bathroom had a leakage problem; water was literally falling from the ceiling. Even after multiple complaints, no one came to fix it.
2. There is no hot water available.
3. The receptionist and staff are unfriendly and rude.
4. The location is excellent; everything is available in walking distance. Though they offer valet parking, it appears a risky and unsafe because your vehicle will be parked on a busy street.
5. They have a restaurant on the ground floor, and the food quality and taste are very good.

The experience was mixed, but at this price, some compromises have to be made.

One of the worst room I have ever stayed in. Had to stay there for a marriage and the hotel is the worse on all counts.

Stayed there for 4 days, nobody asked for the ID while check-in, no place to park the car and we were greeted with a pool of sewage water at the entrance.

But, to our surprise our nightmare had just begun. Once we entered the room, it was smelling of vomit and there were cockroaches everywhere. Asked for room service but they were least bothered. The bedsheets and towels had stains on it. The handle of the room was broken and anyone could easily peek into the room.

The staff were inexperienced with no formal training or education in the hospitality industry. For the whole stay only 2 water bottles were given. No toiletries were provided.

The only thing which they were punctual about was the checkout time!

Do not ever book this place, it is worse than hell.

Oyo and this hotel is a scammer. I pre-booked a room in this hotel on 2 Dec 2022 with full payment. While check in, the hotel manager said it's all sold out and asked to cancel the booking from Oyo app. I contacted customer care several times. They said refund initiated but it's still not reflecting anywhere. After one call , the customer care didn't even bothered to talk.. Continuously hunging up.

Room service and staff behaviour is good but i have an issue with its location. Otherwise all good in this hotel. Stay here once.
