Great service from all staff, food was excellent, rooms were very comfortable and we really enjoyed the yoga practice in the morning. The staff even arranged a birthday card and cake for my birthday - which was a lovely surprise. I would definitely recommend this hotel and Trident Jaipur. We had a great service and were very comfortable at both.

Definitely one of the best 5 star hotels you can find in Delhi NCR. Prime location, easily accessed, staff was friendly, beautiful from inside, they let outside food in. Rooms are super spacious, even the lower price room. Service is amazing, they had sent us special treats and balloons. The pool access is also for everyone, a lot of variety in breakfast if you opt for it Loved every bit of it.

I visited this hotel a few weeks back for a work related trip, and what an amazing host they were. Great ambience, calm and helpful waiters and stewards. The food at the hotel was delicious and not that expensive too. I had a great time staying there.

Trident Gurgaon Review: I stayed in Trident Gurgaon on 4th March 2023 with a booking done via Make My Trip and from the word go I was highly impressed with their overall hospitality. It’s a nicely maintained property with courteous staff who are always ready to help and greet you every time. This was the first Hotel in my Delhi NCR Target Hotels list and I cannot be more satisfied and happy to have started with Trident as my first hotel. A big thanks to all Trident Hotel Team members in serving the customers like the way you do which is stupendous to sum it up. Keep up the good work. One can never go wrong with Trident and the Oberoi group. The service, the attention to detail is always impeccable- have been to several other Tridents but this one stands out because of the beautiful architecture of the space. We didn't feel like we were in the heart of the city because of how well planned the hotel was. Total bliss!

Great space management and decent facilities. This hotel is purely for business travels. Closeness to airport is the most helpful thing about this hotel and some others which are there in the same campus.
