OYO 28576 Laxmi Residency

This was the bad experience at oyo for me. My previous oyo stays are very comfortable and good. At OYO 28576 nothing was good. Hotel management didn't provided soap or shampoo. The AC was just for making noise. No cooling. Bed was not soft. No cleaning. No room service. I have booked deluxe room for extra space but they gave me a very small room. Since I have lot of work to do so I didn't argue with them because that will be just my waste of time. And the best part was that they forced me to give 5 star rating when I checked out. And there was a rule of hotel "no outside food allowed" that's means you have to eat there bad food at high costs. I would say if are staying in faridabad then please avoid this hotel. Don't make mistake that I made. I forget to mention that TV was not working because there was no recharge in their setup box.

No any facility available. All rooms have some Unprofessional STAFF , so do any work very slowly.
Room is not well maintained.
Food is not available there. They ordered the food which quality is so bad and costly also. And they not allow outside food.

Residential house is converted into rest house far away from local market. Staff is unprofessional, services are very poor, rooms are not with hotel like facilities even in some rooms almirah are not provided, at last I can say it is not more than a dharmshala.

Rooms is Good with comfort but the services are worst they dont have even toothbrushes if you dont have your accessories u have to purchase it by your own.

Lots of mosquitos was there in room, not able to sleep whole night, at least they can provide All out to the people who are staying in hotel.

Worst ever experience.
Room & bathroom is dirty, windows & doors are damage. No soap's in bathroom. No availability of mug in bathroom. AC is broken. Very high cost.

Faced few lacks else it was a good experience.
Good thing it's located near a metro station.
Good staff.

Very bad Sevice , Hotel employees was only talk for money but service too much bad , rooms was not cleaned, no water , no towels.
