Hotel Delite

Not sure how to rate this experience, visited Delite to attend one wedding, but few things were beyond what I expected, the hotel was clean, specially the washrooms were too clean, reception area was well maintained, food was average (considering the catering was done by Delite itself).

For this class and approach of hotel maintaining such cleanliness specially the washrooms is what I don't expect.

It's well located, which makes it easy to approach the highway and many work areas.

Overall it deserves 3.5 star considering my short span of experience but clean washrooms deserves an additional 0.5 star.

Will further update if get a chance to explore the room and other services.

Attended a engagement ceremony there, decoration and service was very well managed. Food quality ans taste was excellent.

We are a regular customers… really appreciate the food and hospitality. A suggestion - For fine dining we always look for peaceful dinner. The singer is melodious no doubt about it. But volume of singing should not be high enough to create unrest while having dinner. But the volume is irritatingly higher than the normal which is the cause of irritation. Therefore, please ask him to sing in low volume so that we can enjoy our food. Else we might have to look for another options from now onwards

The rooms are ok, certain appliances do not work (fridge, lights) and not very clean. Wifi is completely unreliable and paying with card is also not possible in practice. My final bill was incredibly high with "miscellaneous" costs that upon verification with my Indian friends I did not owe. Overall a cheap hotel, but cheap hospitality. Restaurant is good though.

This hotel was best to visit to celebrate here and for doing party's. It's facility is also good

Stay was nice but hotel service was very poor. Staff is not Good.

Room was clean and neat. Washroom was clean. Service was not at par. During checkin, I had to wait for 15 minutes. There was nobody to help out with luggage. I had to take luggage to room. In case room service, the staff asked to pay immediately in cash which very strange for me. Really need to improve on service and attitude of staff.
