Excellent experience. Worth spending money . Staff is very friendly. I will strongly recommend. Just inform staff before you coming And you will enjoy your stay .

New hotel. Infrastructure is good. Rooms are very spacious with enough storage spaces. Room Service is very bad. Intercom system wasn't working. But the staff is very helpful. Botad is a very small town and often gets electricity cuts. The lights went off at 2:00 am and the owner set mattresses at the terrace for us at late night so that we can sleep in open air. One star less for service part. Otherwise it was an amazing experience.

Owner behaviour is like they only need money. He is not interested in customer's satisfaction.
Staff behaviour is not good. Location is also not good.
Don't waste your money.

Worst stay at botad in shashwat inn.. hot water service, tv is not working proper ,even free chanel is not shown peoper.. room and bathroom is also not clean and proper.. worst service ever....

Staff behaviour is not good , I just tell them in morning 6 Am for hot water reply of him is i don't start heater for one person it's not acceptable for anyone , I am travelling a lots and This is my worst experience. Here no one responsible for their duty.
