Hotel Rudra Plaza

First of all this not a star hotel , it is a budget hotel but this hotel does not provide any water bottle or toiletries except 2 rupees clinic plus shampoo. We asked for a bath soap and the receptionist told his service boy to provide bath soap and these service boys were arguing with my family for a soap that they had given in room . The behavior of manager is good but all other staff is mannerless..The complementary breakfast and dinner was not so good but manageable...

Very good location. Near to dwakadish temple. Clustered Parking available but staff was not supportive. Room are big size with big bed. We got a family room which can accommodate 6 person.

Third Class Hotel .

I recommend that dont ever take this room.

They have taken the entire amount at the time of entry.

They have thrown my card.

They are don .They are Blackmailer.

They are not human beings.

Please dont go over there.

Very bad Experience. First the hotel overcharged us 4 times than it’s regular price, then they didn’t even include brake fast in this. Didn’t even provide water bottle in rooms and charged extra for water bottle. The staff sitting at counter was also very rude. Worst experience. Zero hospitality by this hotel, they are only sitting to loot money.

The hotel is too close to Shri Dwarkadhish Temple just three minutes walking. But it is in small road. The rooms are spacious, bathroom and sanitary is ok. TV facility is provided. The bedsheets , towels not found so clean. Bislery drinking water bottles not given you have to buy them. After asking toilet soap etc. Provided. Staff is good. Hall is used for welcome and for dinner by group visitors.

Executive room for 2 people occupies 4 people easily ...spacious room .. reasonable price... Free wifi , balcony with Dwarakadish Mandir View and clean bedsheets, blankets and even washroom was clean.
Also free RO water service and mineral water chargeable.
Executive room were perfect for family stay

we stayed two bedded king size room having sofa, dining table with single chair, attached balcony. they have well trained staff. very nearby to the bus stand and dwarkadhish temple. it's just walking distance. food quality also good as per my taste. next time definitely i will stay there.thanks hotel rudra team.thanks to goibibo team.

Food quality was good as per the price range.
The location was near the dwarka temple.

The response at the reception was very bad.
