Shiv Sai Dormitory

Loved my stay here! Quality room at fair budget price. AC and wifi worked great. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Short walk to the train station and place with many restaurants.

I spent 2 nights here and can say nothing but awesome things about it . Owner is SO friendly and helpful , the place is Very clean & tidy and close to the rail station & at only rs400 an absolute bargain - gives you more money to spend on food !!!

I stayed here for 4 weeks and never encountered a single issue. All the amenities were available and fulfilled as promised whether it's Cleanliness, Lockers, Security, WiFi, AC, etc. 5 stars undoubtedly for the service and hospitality. A plus point is the area which it's located in. The people stop by to stay here are generally good. Enjoyed! 👍

The dorms are very close to the train station which is great.
Female Room is clean and spacious, wifi and AC works great. I'm a female solo traveler and felt safe.
Sambit the owner is honest, friendly, and will do anything for you to feel comfortable.
The price is affordable.

I stayed there for 3 day's the location is absolutely perfect you can find good restaurants within walking distance and railway station and bus stand is also very near. But apart from that the best thing about the hustle was the owner Sandeep bhai who was very kind and helpful

The dormitory has separate space for both men and women. The washroom area is common. However, it's still safe to stay here for women. I stayed here for 4 nights. During my whole stay, the owner himself stayed in the dormitory at night. He also made all possible arrangements required to make me feel safe. Food has to be delivered here from outside and that process is also very smooth as the dormitory is in the heart of the city. Also, the dormitory provides you with separate private lockers to keep your luggage into, and it's keys are to be kept with you only, such that when you are out for work or travel, you dont have to worry at all about whether your luggage is safe back in the dormitory or not. My return train was post midnight and the dormitory is so near to the railway station that I felt very safe coming to the station at midnight with Ola auto from Shiv Sai to catch my train back home. Most importantly, it is quite budget friendly and comfortable. Overall, it was a nice experience and I would recommend fellow travellers be it solo or not, to keep Shiv Sai within their staying options.

Great hostel in a place short walk out of the train station. Good value for clean room and bed. Super friendly English speaking stuff. Highly recommended :)
