Super OYO Townhouse Oak 1271 Hotel Raajpath

Best hotel in the area. Super clean room/bathroom. Bed comforter & towels were very soft & clean. Other facilities are AC, mini freeze, TV, geyser, lift, room service, rooftop restaurant etc
Very well maintained. I will recommend it to anyone looking for stay near railway station.

Hotel was was good and staff also polite..but problem is only with Manager he is so rude. He doesn't allow room even 15 min early if room are available ..if you want to check in early he is asking Rs 600 early check in charges.. If you checked out your room early and kept bag at reception he will not allow you to give space to get fresh he is so rude...

The experience was Ok When I reached railway station I enquired about early check in They said they will charge 600 for early Chck in When I said it’s more than 50% of my booking amount they said the property is of very high standards and this is hotel policy I thought it would be like 5 star or at least 3 star level When I went the hotel it was normal hotel Nothing special And when I entered the room I didn’t find the room up to that standards The linen was clean but yellow spots were there at several places The main thing which disturbed me that when I opened the dustbin to throw my candy wrapper I saw it was already full It was not cleared after previous persons Chck out That ruined my experience I mentioned this to the receptionist They said they will take care next time How they do so .

Hotel staff was very supportive and rooms are clean. In spite of refusing my booking at last minute they arranged. Unlike the other oyo one that refused it. Saves my day.

We booked total 5 rooms from Oyo with early check in request. But Oyo didn't forward it to hotel.
Alert..!!! Guys, hotel do not allow single person to visit for single minute to his or her room. Very very uncomfortable if you came for official perposs and some one is going to visit you for some time.
Reception is rude.
Rooms are clean but AC remote was not working.
Book at your own risk.

very poor room service. 1. Hotel give a room with too much bad smell. 2. Instead of mineral water, Hotel give Normal water in usable plastic bottles. Picture is attached hearby. 3. AC was not properly worked. Entire night AC make a Noise. I complain to hotel staff. but not modified. 4 Breakfast and dinner not a proper and poor quality. Overall night stay was not good. Not value for money stay.

Location is great just in the proximity of Vadodara Junction, but the service was a bit disappointing, was made to wait for almost 40 minutes to get my room ready, as though the booking was made in advance and check in was way late than the check-in time. Check-in process was lengthy, too much details of every guest need to be filled in the registers and forms. Rooms were a bit dirty, spider webs were clearly visible in the corners of the room. Basic things like towels had to be asked for at the reception and were not provided already in the room. Overall it was an average experience for a hotel at such a premium pricing.

There were no toilet rolls, one window in the room did not close. Plus lot of disturbance in the lobby due to the staff. I was not provided with any smart card/ key for my room as the lock was malfunctioning. The hotel doesn't really have hot water. It is just lukewarm at best. They don't provide remote controls for the split AC in the room. They have just pre set the temperature and other settings. One can only switch on or shut the AC directly from th MCB. I was also not provided with any invoice for my booking.
