The rooms are clean and total value for money. Limited food options for breakfast, but food is good. The service needs to be improved. When we ordered something there were delays, and we had to follow up few times for each order.

Its Newly built hotel so rooms was nice, located in quiet location. Food was also good. And room service was also nice overall good experience. Can visit here for business trip or couple. There isn't any activity area so not preferred for family and with kids..

Stay was good, staff is very friendly. We checked in very late, around 2:30 am and they were happy to help.
Good safe parking area in the basement.
The only negative point is we got room near reception area and it was always very loud.

My overall rating of 4.5 will be more justified. It’s value for money. Restaurant was under renovation but food was cooked only for guests. Tasty and reasonably priced. It was unique and once in lifetime experience as you get orange colored bathroom towels :-)

Horrible as ever. Managers have the full attitude of the owners. They shift your luggage without your own permission just to accomodate their sweet own convenient guest at their sweet time. That too not informing. On top of that managers will tell you its your fault that you have done online booking . Pls avoid you may be at risk.

The management staff is extremely rude especially with females. They do not oblige to complaints. We were supposed to check in at 12pm but the rooms were not ready till 2.30pm. After getting the room at 2.30pm the toilet was unclean had substances stuck inside the commode. Toiletries were used and the basin had spit in it. When asked the manager to take care of the issue he started yelling at us saying it's not his job and that he doesn't have to chemical to clean the toilet and asked us to flush it and use the facility. We had intimated the hotel that we needed an extra bedding almost a month ago while booking, however that was not provided until asked several times. The staff just dumped the extra bedding and expected us to make it. Definitely the worst hotel experience.

The hotel room is below average and not a good recommendation.

We booked 02 Executive Rooms for our family tour to Girnar. It's a new property centrally located from all attractions and railway station.
Our rooms at 2nd floor were brand new & pretty spacious with modern interiors.
Rooms are equipped with Split AC, LED TV, Study Table, Chairs, Storage Cupboard and a King Size Bed with comfortable mattress & clean bedsheets.
Toilets were neat and clean. An Electric Geyser is provided for hot water. Toiletries were provided.
AC, LED TV and Electric Geyser all worked well.

They have their own Kitchen at terrace (Roof top restaurant construction work is in progress). They have a dining room which can easily accommodate 12 to 15 persons. They provide in room dining option also.
We had lunch and dinner in their dining room. Food was delicious, rightly priced and the service was fast.

The entire staff is very courteous and professional. Special thanks to Mr. Inderkumar Jhariya the General Manager for arranging tea at 6:00 AM in morning as we had to leave for Girnar. He is a gem of a person, polite and helping nature as expected in hospitality industry.
Also the reception staff Mr. Jaydeep & Mr. Yadav and Dining manager Ms. Rupa were all good in their services.

Car parking is available in basement and it's very safe.
The cleanliness of entire hotel is highly commendable.

Overall highly recommended and excellent hotel to stay in Junagadh Girnar.
