Pretty good, overall.

Spacious, well-maintained rooms that come with a TV, A/C, multiple charging outlets. Room service is available on call.Food will be delivered to your rooms for additional charge. Didn't seem to have free WiFi. Hot water is available as and when required. Located close to the bus stand, so that's a plus too. Lift isn't available for the last floor is what we were told. So, avoid booking those rooms if you can.

Room is ok but, service quality is too bad, no power backup available if electricity gone lights were totally off. TV also not available.

Rooms are dirty. Bathroom accessories very bad condition. Receptionist not available all the time.

My booking is Room 101 and they provided 104 which is smaller also service is not good, no parking area. You've to park your vehicle on road.
