Large and Spacious room which was given to me. Was clean too and most importantly the washroom was clean too.
The washroom had issues with the hot water not coming in. Complained about it to the reception and house keeping was unable to rectify the problem.
This is only a stay hotel and no food is cooked and served. Make sure that you either come to the hotel having your lunch/dinner or you again need to go out to have your food. Tea is served. Mineral water was not available as cold.
Phone line to reception was not working, so every time I had to walk to the reception for any and all reasons.
With these pretty small issues, the stay here is not comfortable as you think it will be when you see the rooms.
Overall if service is improved the hotel can easily bag in 5 points.

Location wise it's a good Hotel, apart from location nothing is value for money. Hotel staff doesn't even know any thing about "Customer Service". Simple example, when ever some one calls at reception, the receptionist always respond - "Haan Bolo" in a very rude manner, it seems a customer is a discomfort for them. these people don't even greet customer, neither while in Check-in nor on calls. Hotel Don't have kitchen facility, hence one should not expect any think to eat. Last but not the least....Rooms are specious...That's the only good thing about it.....

Staff is unprofessional, they don't know how to talk and how to behave with the custmors. Worst experience ever. Because of this, I checked out from there.

1. Staff is good 2. Location is near by station but place is not good, was feeling suffocate. 3. Charges are high 4. Tap was leaking in bathroom 5. If you are taking room for 3 people suggested to take a/c rooms because one bed kept at corner so no fan air will come. 6. We take rooms just to sleep well for a night but it was full of suffocation. 7. Overall it was not good stay..
