Hotel Lake View

I just enjoyed breakfast there. Parking was nice. Seating arrangement is ample and good. Food was excellent and quantity was very good, but somewhat costly may be due to Saputara hill station effect.

Front office: NO smile and NO welcome gesture, the way front office staff faces were like they haven't paid from ages. Restaurants: first day was with roaming 🐀, we liked first day food i.e. breakfast and dinner and rest day we didn't liked, staff over there were good. Room: was not that good. Family room doesn't have any view. Stinking and bad smell, we have to shift the room. TV didn't work for 1st day. Hotel as limited parking, we were asked to park our car on road side but we parked inside only and before check out security guard told us to remove the car, because owner car will be parked on there place where we parked, so guest is not important. Look for other option before finalizing this hotel.

Poor Poor Poor Service! Review on Restaurant Department: well this is the only place where you cam get Awesome and high quality food. But hang on! You'll experience way below average service and behavior from staff. Some of them are hard working but almost 70% 80% people are below average in service and behavior. Must need upgrade in staff department for sure. Food 5Star, Price point slightly on higher side (obviously khana acha hai to paisa jyda lagega hi) Staff and Service 1star(or less thn 1star) Can you imagine having Chinese Soup with Steel ka Chamcha? 😂 All the best 😂

The hotel itself was just average- nothing special, but nothing terrible either. However, the prices of the food at the hotel's restaurant were quite high and not worth the cost. The food was not great.If you're looking for a decent place to stay and don't mind paying a premium for food, this hotel would be okay. But if you're looking for a great value, you might want to look elsewhere

We had a bad Experience during dinner at Lake view hotel during 31st 2022 evening. Mr. Sanjay Singh the floor manager with their team were checking the booking details due to which lots of crowding at dinner hall entrance. Most frustrating was stamp of "PAID" on every guest arm before entering dinner hall as if they are going to provide food to Langer. They were not so friendly. The DJ arranged in enclosed room was worst they don't know how to control the volume, it was only loud and extra loud music. The food were of average rating, food colors were also added in large amount in some food items specially in deserts. The rooms were not sound proof, The loud music played in semibasement were audible up to first floor rooms. In my opinion they have very huge scope of improvement in guest management, event management. However rooms were clean and well maintained. Though they claimed wifi free it is only available in the lobby that to without Internet No wifi in the rooms.

Pathetic service.
Had to wait when we order one sizzling brownie. Only one customer in hotel. Even after waiting for 15 mins, ordeted item not served. Staff and waiter were not ashamed of when we left the table.

Very worst hotel. There is 2 type of rate are going on daily basis. When l went their in lakeview hotel the manager told me 7000/- rate for night and then I meet a broker for hotel room. The broker told me 4000/- for same hotel. There is very huge difference in price..... Bad experience with lakeview hotel.

Good location. Maintenance can be a lot better. Food served in restaurant is very good specially the breakfast.
