Hotel Sejal Inn

Nice Hotel in Saputara but prices are quite high compare to facilities they are giving. Staff behaviour is good. Rooms are cleaned but Bed size is very small. Average in Room Hygiene. Balcony views are good. Location of the hotel is very good saputara lake is 1-2km away from the hotel. All places are near by the hotel you can visit by foot. You'll able to see the whole valley from the window. Swimming pool is small and not that much maintained. There is garden in the backyard but no lighting or chairs are there.

Worst Experience found cockroach in food in the restaurant Hotel offered free lunch but it spoiled the whole stay.
The sheet and towels were dirty, smelly and oily.
Service is pathetic had to call twice for basic water.
Warning never stay at this hotel better to go for other hotels as at this price many other hotels are available.

Just great. Rooms really good. All amenities fantastic. Food fresh and delicious. Buffet also great. Hospitality wonderful. Would recommend all to stay at Hotel Sejal Inn, Saputara. The best hotel.

Bad experience. We were given rooms on the 2nd floor as we booked mountain view rooms but the hotel staff shocked us by informing that the elevator is not functioning. We had to take stairs every-time which has very inconvenient and uncomfortable for the old aged relatives with us.

1) We expected that the hotel staff should have informed us before we checked-in about the elevator not working. (It was really big problem for us).

2) There was no facility for our drivers. Nowadays every hotel has driver accommodation but this hotel did not.

Overall it was not so good experience. We expect better work ethics from the hotel staff.

Such a worst experience ever.
The hotel is stated as 3 star on make my trip but it can't be given more than single star.
No hot water facility for 24 hour available , it very disoriented. Tourist visit full day out side and after everyone wanted to take bath 🛀to fell relax and ot is also required to remove all pollution and mostly need to be sterile.
Room service is very poor they don't change bedsheets everyday until you ask for. There are spider web 🕸at balcony side I have taken picture of the same.

worst experience for vacation... check in time is 12pm but hot water comes from 6am to 10am only, at 10am they say this is no time for tea or coffee so they can't provide... checkout at 7.30am that time also they can't even provide tea or coffee ... hotel is all about hospitality...

and this experience was like a black spot on hotel industry...
on a vacation we come to relax... if i can't even get hot water to bath after reaching hotel... can't even provide basic things like tea or coffee... the vacation is ruined..

checkin was not smooth as the booking was not updated in the system due to which almost 45 minutes we had to wait at the reception. also reception person were very strict about checkout timing of 10 AM .As we checked in at almost 6 Pm and checked out strictly at 10 AM over all experience was average due to rigid behaviour of front office staff. otherwise property was very good to stay with nice balcony scenic view.

overall very nice..location is very good...breakfast and lunch/dinner not a very big spread but it was very good..parking available.. cooperative staff...but hot water is available in the morning also that is not good
