Hotel Accolade

Our family stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in July 2022. The rooms were in good condition. The room service was very quick and caring. The restaurant and food quality was also excellent. The managers looked after our needs with a warm and welcoming approach. Overall, we found the place very suitable for family stay.

I had an extremely comfortable stay. The check-in was smooth and hassle free. The staff was extremely polite and professional. The room and the bathroom were clean. The food was excellent and the complimentary breakfast buffet was delightful. The hotel and its restaurant are quite reasonably priced.
Overall I had an excellent stay and would recommend it.

I had an awesome experience here with my family. The stay, views, service were all comfortable. The icing on cake was the really tasty and good quality food at all 3 times. Lunch dinner and breakfast. Well priced.

Not a pleasant experience at all. Hotel should be named as a pigeon nest. the pictures depicts the window view of pigeons nest all over the ac outdoor unit. no running hot water. they started only after requesting. rooms need renovation since the decor gave an impression of old. breakfast highly okrequested the manager to have the car cleaned but they couldn't manage that aswell. only thing which they were good were in sweet talks nothing else. wouldnt recommend this place to anyone since there are hundreds of better options available in ahmedabad.

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Well maintained hotel with a well behaved staff. I was as comfortable as my home.

Slight changes to the lunch/dinner menu can improve the overall experience in the hotel especially for long stays.

A smooth check in and check out process, room and bathroom were clean. The food at the restaurant (Spice & Platter) was really nice - I had Jeera Rice and Dal Tadka.
It was offputting to see the scaling within and on the spout of the water jug provided in the room.
Overall, this hotel is a good value-for-money option in Navrangpura.

The hotel is good but has stupid policies regarding female guests. They didn't allow me to visit my father's room since I didn't have gis name on my ID's even though I am married and have my husband's name The level of security is uncalled for and quite incomprehensible.

Good hotel. Staff is good. Food is good. You get extra bed if told at the time of booking for kids. Hotel location is good.But rooms are little small.
