OYO 31911 Hotel Kanchan Palace

Very easy to find.
Rooms are good but bathroom is very small.
Room was cleaned properly.
Ac works properly.
Geeser is also available in bathroom.
They provide 1 small soap
Medimix 2 rupees soap.
Quality of bed is also good.
Overall good experience by seeing price.

Thanks to OYO app that it doesn't have less than 1 star rating... this hotel has 0 facilities.. Even not a TV... they gave me open water bottle with their dirty water... whole hotel stings like hell.. Not even a good mattress... I bearly sleep 3 hours yesterday night... damn i had really bad experience... OYO should recheck all the hotels now

First denied room. When complained about it, they gave worst room of hotel. Hotel staff was hostile. They didn’t give the room i booked. Ac and tv both were not working. When complained they said “this is what you get when you pay online” worst experience ever.

Basic amenities like water in the bathroom wasn't available. On requesting to hotel staff - their generic reply was to 'Cancel the booking'. On Cancelling the booking - got only 20% refund for staying in room for just 5 mins. Pathetic service!

Giving 1 star rating because it's not possible to rate less then that. Pathetic location and the area around. False information provided on OYO site about the location and distance from railway station. Photo and actual condition of rooms, lobby, surrounding area are no match to each other. Even after booking the hotel, at 11:30 PM when I reached hotel for check in, I had to cancel the booking and look for some other place to stay. That's the condition of the hotel. Not worth staying for a family or a couple or even solo. OYO IS NOT VERIFYING THE HOTELS BEFORE PUTTING THEM UP ON IT'S OFFICIAL SITE. This place was not even worth calling a hotel.

It's just a scam they're running. I had a horrible experience here. I didn't check in here due to the horrible state the hotel was. It's for sure not for tourists. AVOID IT ALL COSTS!!

The worst hotel ever seen in my life .. bedsheet and toilet were very dirty. room was filled with smell , fungus everywhere ,room locks were defunctioning and many more . The pictures shown on site is different from actual one. I ll rate it in minus as this hotel is not meant for any families we didn't stay there we search for new one n checked out within 2 hrs. They didn't refund our money as we booked for 2days .

Can't believe they have oyo written🤷🤔worst service toilets are dirty rooms are small n suffocating.
