Hotel Excellency

The hotel rooms are decent and not that great. Location is good and easy to locate. Hotel staff is courteous and helpful. However, it looked like they were not aware of the booking, perhaps a communication gap between *** and the hotel. Hot water was not easily available and it seems to be available only at certain time. Restaurant is also okay and the food is decent. Morning breakfast (if opted) had very limited options which can be improved (anything else if ordered is charged)...

Mr.Shiva Pujari is best men ..hotel staff are very cooperative.. service are fast.. price are very affordable...It was superb location wise. Banquet hall and the area were neat and clean. The food was tasty and healthy. Overall experience was just chilled out in Silvassa

Worst qualoty of room service, mosquitoes are complementary. They have concentrated on bar only..hotel people will knock a door at 11:30 pm to sign bills, order will take too long time..laundry will take 3 days !!

Food is good but rooms are not at all well maintained! Had to call 4 times for hot water, paint is peeling off, bathroom doors are broken. it's an eat an leave place

All over it is a good place. You can get all the stuffs you need. The taste is awesome and the service also is good. One can get all type of food items here.

In cleaning it's very bad in condition every where there is waste and dust spread
