Pros: Rooms are good, AC , cleanliness are fine
Cons: Location is bit interior, difficult to locate in night
They provided only RO water instead of mineral water. No restaurants nearby, one should depend on swiggy and others

Check in - They have some check in policy which is weird, cuz, when i submitted the adhaar card copy of my Mother (78 years old) with the first 8 numbers masked manually they dint accept, and after i downloaded the Masked copy from the app, they accepted. While both the copies that I submitted had the same information, just that we spent nearly 45 minutes at the reception, after a nearly 14 hour long day of travel.

Location is very much in an interior narrow by-lane.

Cleanliness - Seemingly clean but then when using the place you know it is just Ok Ok types.- Pillow covers were not changed & had stink of body odour from previous use. Bathrooms - had so much dirt & salination & rust on faucets, door rather almost everywhere.

Reception Staff - Very discourteous, completely unprofessional
Room boys - Very polite & nice

Overall a very bad experience. Wont recommend to anyone.
There are many better options in town, with the kind of rates they charge.

Ok for stay purpose with basic facilities.breakfast facilities not available..Rooms are comfortable for stay.No breakfast as shown on booking.com site, electricity back up not available, location is bit odd

Good servicing at all and all receptionist are very cooperative. Room I stayed in was big. Front desk staff was operational till late night and early morning check was smooth too.

Ambience was good, but there were too many cockroaches everywhere in the room, so they need to improve thier pest control.

Over all good place to stay.. good supporters of oyo homes.. 24hrs hot water. Good location and low pricing too...

Ambience is good, just they need to focus on pest control & even little bit servicing in washrooms..
