OYO 1345 Hotel S K

Rooms were very small and untidy. Especially bathroom was very small while bathing soap fall down and I found it very difficult to bend and pick up the soap as there was very small and negligible space. Mattresses was very old and torned from places. Flooring was torned out from everywhere. Not a good place to stay for 1 days also.

They have cheated us, I booked room from oyo by paying whole amount for 4 days, then they asked double amount while check in time, they refused us to get in, I spoke with oyo immediately and made hotel in blacklist. I am a firm user of oyo, hence they manged us to get onther hotel near to the place which is Rajkamal hotel, it was good over there. No additional payment made.

terrible, irritating and problematicnothing.rude and shady staff, can not understand a question. Even though they had received the payment through credit card forced me to pau gain in cash. Charged me twice and wouldn't make any effort to reconcile. Booking was done with breakfast but they did not provide the breakfast. do not go to this hotel. OYO should remove the listing.

Paid extra for room

Then even rooms were dirty and smelly.

Poor staff service.
