Hotel Nova Cross Road

Rooms are pathetic and room service more pathetic. Nothing to say more... Not recommending... Probably photos have taken long back. One of the rooms we stayed will fall anytime is the condition of the room. Not happy on the rooms and food......

The worst hotel I have ever booked. We had a 2night stay which was really disappointing. As we checked in the hotelier said it's only showing for 2 people but we booked it for 4 people. after that the room which we got was not ready. The AC was not working and even the television was not working. We asked him to change the room then he changed it and it was so horrible..no clean mattress,even the blanket and towel were torn, when I asked them to change they said they don't have , the bed had bedbugs. Even the wifi was not working. At night after seeing all this we asked me to give us a proper room again he shifted us to a room which was descent but the bathroom was not good. There was a water jam in bathroom. All the staff in the hotel have the attitude problem . worst experience ever.

Service is good. Room are well maintained considering the price. Keep it up!!!

Good location near to bus stand, Big room and toilet. nice food and committed service.
hotel is situated at city heart of Rajkot Gujarat at third floor. Lift facility is available 24X7. staff nature is good and cooperative. Economical tarrif at goibibo app. location at city heart

Not a choice for people on weekend or for couple -
the hotel has many times cut in power, no mandatory things are available in the room, each and every thing you have to call the receptionist and ask to provide it, no proper towels, no tooth brush -paste, no food available or they even don't arrange food for you in the late night.
the hotel place was such, you don't get a atmosphere of weekend or like your are there to enjoy.... everything and every services you have to ask like a dumb to know whether it should be provided or you are the one who want it personally.
a bad choice to opt. and a very bad experience

Staff was ok ok , It seems they are not interested in work and about room .. they were not clean ..lots of stain and hairs and also bugs on it, the. rooms smell weird , their bathroom floor was very slippery , I don’t know why but thats the truth , eating food there cam be risky , they gave me wet towels
