OYO SilverKey 76448 C3 Celebration City Centre

We booked our stay through OYO app when We went for a check in we denied it citing minimum amount is Rs. 1200. You have to pay additional Rs 300 to get check in. Hotel staff was pathetic. He even not cooperated with us to get our query resolved. He was totally irresponsible. We book our stays for hassle-free experience and these guys are making it an hassle experience. Never go to this hotel otherwise you'll have to suffer as it will leave you awe struck by their approach to guests. I totally discourage this Hotel.

They took extra money Rude behaviour of staff Ants and other insects were running around on the floor Breakfast options were very limited for complimentary breakfast AC is making loud noises. Very bad experience. No one recieved my calls from customer care before check in. so i had to pay extra money 1000 Rs as they demanded before check in.

100% Genuine review. Please read all oyo users. I had pre-paid full amount to oyo . but while doing checkin, manager asked me to pay more money because i booked this hotel in low price. He was really very rude and said me to call oyo costumer service. Oyo is not doing anything on this issue.. Almost in many oyo hotels such thing is happening. Please don't pay to oyo, first visit hotel then pay. If manager is asking more money, don't stay. Oyo is making fool to their customers. BAD EXPERIENCE.. ZERO STAR TO OYO AND HOTEL ALSO. OYO IS NOT TAKING ACTION ON THIS ISSUE. Didn't expect this from oyo. ××××× bad service provider.

Good location, Good Service, but In OYO price different because I have booked hotel at Rs.800 around but when visiting hotel they ask Rs.1200+18% GST. I have recommended don't book via OYO Direct visit hotel.. Excellent Hotel

In oyo app it showed 827rs But when I went to check in they said 1000+gst I paid the amount and asked for gst bill which they refused to give. The worst part is they have a poster which says even if we boom in oyo we have to pay 1000rs. I called the oyo customer care and reported this. They put on hold for 15 minutes and hanged up the call.very worst customer service from oyo

Worst service. Not at all cooperative staff. Don't go for it.
If u book online, they will increase the rate at the time of check-in.
If u don't pay then they will cancel the booking and for refund u have to contact the online platform from where u booked.

The hotel refused to honour the booking rates that I got from booking.com/ OYO and I wasn't allowed to check in until I paid up 1200+taxes while the price I had booked from your site was 793.nThe AC wasn't working.

Extra RS 230 have to pay apart.from booking amount otherwise he was cancelling the room , it's totally mistake by Oyo - there is no std. Of Oyo,I would like to take legal action agaist oyo
