Collection O 49275 Hotel Suman City

We booked our stay using booking.com website. We paid the amount as per the website and got a confirmation for the same. The next day, when we reached the hotel, we were informed booking.com hadn't updated the price yet and the room which was shown to be priced at Rs. 2.5k was actually Rs. 4.5 k and that we had to pay the difference for the two rooms we had booked for the next four nights.
The owner said 'i don't care what booking com says, I'm the one renting the rooms not them' ; then why use booking.com for getting guests?
Although the hotel staff was polite and helpful, I can't help but feel either the hotel owner or the website is running a scan as the price on the website is still unchanged. Also, the owner didn't drop a mail/ message or call us when the booking was made, rather waited for us to reach the hotel for the whole thing.
At the end, we had to pay the whole amount. Neither the owner nor the website were of any help.
If we had known about it earlier, we definitely wouldn't have booked with them. It was an additional and unnecessary problem created by the hotel for guests there in the city for an important exhibition.

I had very bad experience with the hotel. I came along with my family from the ahmedabad railway station with luggages as i had to stay at gandhinagar.
I booked the hotel and wasnt able to checkin. I found that the staffs were very arrogant when i called them, shows their customer relations pretty well.

Yes, this is the one rating by me without even securing accomodation ! First you, as a tourist from a far off place, have to search the hotel like Columbus. Then I was told that the room rent is from 4K and I cannot afford it ! What a welcome ! Oh yes, the tea served on my arrival to book a room was charged like Rs 50 each. Not a warm welcome so to say, rather warm insult ! My Pre-paid room was denied because of their business differences with aggregator OYO. You may still take a chance.

Perfect rooms with all the necessary amenities. The location is also at a main location where you can find cinema halls and restaurants just 10 floors below. Hygiene was well maintained.. All in All, A Perfect place to stay

Don’t Try To Stay In This Hotel At All. Mr. Kalpesh from Suman City He has Very Disgusting behaviour,he is even don’t know how to talk with guest,they are fake and cheaters,when we booked hotel they told us less rates and when we reached there they just quoted more than double rates, I want give lesser than zero review to this hotel , all frauds. SPECIALLY MR. KALPESH , if this guy is in the hotel than don’t try to stay in this hotel . All Fake
