The Fern Sattva Resort Dwarka

Rooms are neat and clean.
The staff is courteous.
The breakfast spread is amazing.
But is far away from the temple.
The pool n other amenities hav timings.
The garden area is beautiful.

Overall very good experience

The staff was polite, and the location was good as it is close to Dwarkadhish temple. The check-in and check-out were smooth as we had given all the details in advance. The breakfast and food quality was average, and need to improve. The room's cleanliness, hygiene and overall ambience could be better.

The location was clean, we'll maintained and the rooms were spacious! The service was good too. Would have liked it if the complimentary food had gravies with different bases (most tasted similar). The chutneys too were strangely fermented (maybe they got them prepared the previous night)

Good location, smoothy ambience, but very disappointing with food and services. The property is well designed and good interior but not that much of cleanness.
I suggest you try to stay here but never never take MAP plan here,

One thing is strange that I paid 70% room booking in advance but at the time of check in they forced to give full payment then give room access, as this kind of property behaves like this very socking. Also for room cleaning they have number of excuses.

Spacious rooms and good facilities. The property has games, a small swimming pool, a mini library and some space to walk around. They really need to improve their receptionists to improve the check-in / check-out process and to serve the guests welcome drink which they promise but forget to serve. They forget the customers while chit chatting with each other. They will treat the NRI and foreigners with all the luxuries and humbleness and forget about other customers who have been there for long time in greed of more money.

Clean rooms, courteous service BUT the buffet we had was despicable. I was there for a wedding held there and not a single dish was authentic or even cooked well. At the end of three days, I felt that I would stop eating North Indian dishes for a while. Big disappointment.
Perfect for the stay. It's away from the main attractions of Dwarka but you'll find autos and other modes of transport from the hotel. Comfortable stay but avoid having the food there.

We were booked for 3 nights at the Fern Sattva.

Check-in experience was not nice as there was limited staff and no one to collect our bags.

Overall, the stay was pleasant. The food was okay and breakfast was lavish.

The swimming pool is ok and the gaming zone is a bit old.

The management needs to train staff to be better receptive to guests

The property is good however I had pathetic experience. There was no proper communication by the front desk staff on anything. She seemed to be confused all the time. The ceiling of our bathroom fell, luckily we were not there at that time and to our horror the staff didn't even cared to inform us of the incident. This clearly shows how bad the maintenance of the property is. The bedsheets were dirty and the room was not even cleaned before our checkin.I have stayed at fern at other locations but with this hotel ,it was a very bad experience wouldn't suggest anyone to go there!
