Hotel Saturn Residency

Bathroom and toilet needs more cleaning with acid.
Bedsheets mattresses are sticky and filthy. No tub for bath. Bucket was broken.
AC was not working
Person can't find comfortable and peace.
However in snack tea was very good.
Couple room need to be color .
Compare to other hotels this one is cheaper

Really a nice and calm place to stay. Some shortcomings won't disappoint you. Everything is good.

Conned with check out time despite knowing arrival at early morning 4'o clock. Had to pay a rental for 2 days.

I was asked to check out at 9 (didn't mention morning or night ) i agreed as I had to leave at night. But in the morning they asked me mercilessly to check out n i was surprised but as I had things to do in town. I told them that I will pay for another day. So I paid double.

Find another hotel or any other accommodation if you get time and opportunity.

If not. Stay there with your conditions.

Well rooms are very basic. Amd rates are very high. But you will not find many options in surendranagar. Ok for an overnight stay

Decent place. Very polite manager/owner. Very helpful and courteous. Highly recommended. Dont expect 5 star hotel. But perfect for basic needs. Got water to decent bedding. Everything nicely provided.

A lazy hotel,The job of a hotelier is to take a copy of the customer's id and give him a room.I booked the Saturn Hotel for one room and two guests.My check-in was at 11 o'clock in the morning.I took my id and my wife's id with me, and my wife was coming 1 hour later.I went to the hotel and gave both my id, and said give me a room I have booked, then the hotel owner said where is your wife?I said she was coming in an hour, so the manager told me to give her a room when your wife came.So I said brother it's been an hour and 4 hours in Thai, where should I sit outside?At the end of such an argument the manager started my inquiry, and did not start asking me questions,Where do you come from Where do you live? Take off your mask, look at your face, take off your glasses,I said brother my name and address is written in my id you see,I have traveled all over India but no one has done such an inquiry so far,This is the laziest hotel in Surendranagar,You have booked a hotel for 10 guests and even if you go for 5 or 7 guests, you will get the answer that I will give you a room after those 10 people comeWhere have you heard such an answer, brother?
