OYO 5378 South Paradise

Everything was nice but the rooms were not clean at all. We checked into a room totally unclean and there was a ton of hair in the shower drain. They did clean but however it was nowhere close to the mark. Toilets were dusty and cigarette buds were there in the bathroom. However the staff was friendly and was ready to help but having said that it is not good to walk into a room full of stains on the sheets and and unclean bathroom.

I had booked the hotel room for my parents for a pleasant stay and had paid everything in advance. After reaching the hotel, they were asking for Rs 1000 extra to let them check in. My parents waited and argued a lot and then the manager settled for Rs 500 extra in addition to the amount I had already paid for the room. They didn't even give breakfast for which i had pre-booked and paid before. They shouldn't put up their ads on hotel booking sites if they are going to charge us extra that the price quoted. It's cheating in plain words.
Coming to the room, it wasn't clean at all. The room had a lot of cockroaches and the bedsheets weren't clean. They didn't change it even after several requests. The manager was very rude and shouldn't be serving in the hospitality industry. It was a horrible stay for my parents. They didn't even give me official receipt for the amount they charged in total for the room.

Booked a room from oyo, and after reaching the hotel they are telling oyo is currently not available, and only deluxe rooms are available which is 3 times the oyo price,
If oyo is not available then why updating in oyo??
I travelled 10km for nothing..
Bad bad experience.

Worst ever!!!!! I recommend not to go here. They are rude and ask you for extra money. I dont have any personal grudges with them but still if i'm giving 1star then means they are really worst........

Not a great place to stay. I have seen confirmed booking visitors were given a raw deal by not providing them with rooms

Do not book this hotel !!!

●After reaching there they will tell that there is no room. And than will charge extra as much as 1000rs.
●We still later had to wait outside till hours because everytime they will give excuse of 15mins and so. We had to wait till late evening and even mosquitoes were biting outside.
●The receptionist seems sweet at first but than at end you can see how rude, selfish and a liar he is. He will blame oyo for it, as much as it is true, they are equally responsible. DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP.
●The rooms are dirty, full of cockroaches and hairs and mud. The AC / TV / Mini fridge doesn't work.
●Restaurent service doesn't work.
We waited for almost 2 hours for tea and we got nothing.
●Checkout was given 11am, but they called at 10am and rudely told to vacate.
Overall worst experience.

Please never book this hotel.
And NEVER use OYO especially because currently many hotels are using loopholes to loot customers.

Fraud.
Rude receptionist will charge extra as much as 1500rs even if you have confirmed booking and paid in advanced.
Rooms are not even worth that money.

Worst experience coz when you'll book rooms online after reaching there they will ask you that there is no collaboration with any OYO or any else and will demand more money atleast double of what you pay online. They even changes the room. No any facility available and also very costly. Water not available all time, bad services, bed also not properly managed, poor management
