Staff were very calm and friendly. Room was very clean and room service is just awesome. Anything or any help you need is just a call away. Food provided at room was really delicious. Good Environment to stay. Highly recommended for stay.

Amazing staff, room was cleaned every time even without asking them. The food was good too, located in a prime location very close to metro station and the market for shopping. A pleasant stay, most recommended 😊

Hotel Livasa is recommended if you're looking for a hotel in budget. It is located in Karol Bagh where basic necessities are nearby. The rooms are cleaned daily and staff is courteous. However the rooms are of average size and not too big. The bathroom is small and even though they have exhaust duck, they don't run it throughout due to cost cutting. Thus your bathroom floors will stay wet all the time. The room lights are dim and there aren't adequate light in front of the cupboard.
Even though the staffs are mostly helpful, one night when I was in need of medical emergency they didn't brought any fast aid kit even after calling multiple times.

Pleasant stay at Livassa Inn. Staff and owners are really good. No disturbances from anyone. Environment also very good.
Surely you can stay in this hotel without any thought. A thumbs up from me.

And Mr Pradip and his mate really helped us a lot. They even booked a cab for me and my husband from the hotel to the airport. Really very helpful.
