Helpfull staff. Got check in on time although they informed us earlier that my preferred room will be ready by 1pm but they provided another room to atleast stay and get freshen up. They didn't charged even for early check-in which normally doesn't happen. The staff was always ready to help. The guy Jitendra is very helping person. Thank you.

The location is nestled a bit away from the main bazar. The room was spacious and clean. But the bathroom was not. They don't have their own pantry but cater to your food needs by bringing food from other places.

We loved it ! The responsible was kind. It's a safe place, next to bazar but not noisy ! The room was clean. Good price for the room. (good french-connection ;)). If I come back to New Delhi, I will go there for sure.

Don't be mislead by the photo they have put infront, a big door with a security guard greeting the camera, see attached photos and video to see the trouble I had to go through staying there. I checked in very late, only after I reached I found it is located in an alleyway and some kind of swear repair work was going on.
Given Delhi weather I booked non ac, but the room was in shabby condition, I feel they always have that room as a show piece after seeing that one will upgrade, at least to escape from the dust stench. Even the second room was not good. I hated every minute being there, no one can drive cars into it, I have to admit two cars were inside but there was so much dust on it that I doubt if it was every moved. Average service, one has to go out for food. The only advantage of being here is the location, walkable distance from New Delhi station and metro, even closer to RK Ashram metro station, but the joy of being closer to those is sucked out by residing in the stench filled rooms. There is garbage dump just outside the entrance of the hotel. We were there only to sleep, and was tired as we would be roaming Delhi all day, thankfully it worked in our favour

Very quiet place - that's a rare thing to find in Delhi. The rooms are basic, but clean and have everything you need. My room on the first floor was facing the courtyard, so it had a lot of natural light. The only thing I didn't like was the fact, that even though they have the rule that guests should not make noises in the hallway, they don't really enforce that rule. So it happened that my neighbors were families traveling together and they decided to make a hallway party, which gave me problems falling asleep. Staff didn't do anything about it.

Best room . Staff is very good . Food facilities are available at any time. Safe for family . Lift is also available to reach room. Everything fine. just inside from main market about 50 meters other wise every thing is ok recommended to all tourists

There was no security guard in front desk. The security guard picture is fake. It was risky to know that the hotel also has no security. No taxi nor uber will come to location. It is located in a no direct road access location.
Immediately I went to friend's place to stay as I found the area unsafe. I kept my luggage here as it was heavy. I asked to cancel my booking and refund.
The room was not deluxe as they claim, it had no balcony. To add i found the hotel guy wanted to break-in to my room and had no manners to wait one minute.
Hot water not available full time. Food is delivered in newspaper from outside and asks for payment for every order every day not at time of checkout Hotel is situated in a dirty area I had a hard time finding the hotel even with Google maps They did not allow late check-out
I asked reception about hotel location but unable to provide any valid information. I remember I spent over 2 hours finding the hotel. I requested about late check-out to reception they were so rude.
Now they will give reply that i did not any complaint directly to them lol. Fake they are. Never book this hotel.. all other reviews are fake.

exceptional hospitality...highly recommended for family stay. Neat and clean room bathroom. very responsive staff,very genuine price...i must say no hotels in delhi will match this hotel..best location..
