Hotel Kapoor Inn

It was the worst experience. We’ve shifted to this hotel by oyo. Once you enter in hotel, you will feel, it’s like a lodge. After getting in room, it’s very small and bugs was there which will spoil your stay. Now comes to the washroom, it’s too small that you can only stand in that place. And at the end when we ordered the food, it was very bad I taste, the chapati’s was too cold(without the foil paper). Basic etiquette’s.when we checked out, they ask us to open the oyo app once in phone, and rated themselves. Big claps. I would not recommend to stay in this hotel. Rest all your decision.

Service was good. Staff was nice and kind. Reasonable rate. Easy to book. Two things I didn't like. One Lots of cockroaches. Entire family was in my room. Second the loud noise from bar downstairs. Especially if you want to sleep by 10 or 11 pm.

Rooms was pathetic , hotel asked for extra money and denied checkin , no response from oyo customer service , very bad and pathetic experince with oyo, will prefer goibibo or other apps in future , this same thing happend continously two times, really upset from oyo customer service

Hotel in suitable location, I liked there services and found deluxe room in reasonable price.

I am very disheartened by Oyo services. First they booked a hotel that never existed then Oyo changed my hotel then that hotel manager denied checked inn. Now after giving 650 rs to oyo i am staying in a new hotel by giving extra amount

They have hot water but not coming out from tap
They have blankets but smells like hell
They have TV but broken remotes
They have water bottels but tastes like running tap water
Why the hell u are running this hotel shut it up Man ....👎

Best hotel walking distance from metro station.... Rooms are good... Service is also good....affordable price..... Rooms are vary clean
