Appreciate the amenities and service. Excellent and comfortable stay. Room and services are prompt and presentable. Hygiene and sanitation maintained as per protocol. Location and appearance is adorable. It's a nice place to stay in East Delhi. I do admire and I will recommend friends to enjoy the hospitality and services

let me write it down my feedback as points
Pros:
1- Hotel location is good. Near to metro, also less crowded place
2- Hotel rooms are also nice in terms of size
3- buffet breakfast was fine. they have number of options available

Cons:
1- Room service, And over-all service is very very pathetic. For everything you have to call multiple times to reception/restaurant/house keeping. even they don't receive calls
2- Toilet sheet was not fitted properly
3- They have centralized ac rooms. It's control system was broken so even i was not able to set temperature acoording to ky need.
4- Check-in service was very slow. even i was only in the reception, still it took around 10+ mins to get room keys.

We had booked 8 rooms for 2 days, on 9th and 10th Aug’22 and expected decent level of service and hospitality from the hotel considering the price they charged us. To my utter dismay, here’s how the stay went:
1. The only elevator meant for guests was not working and everyone staying in the hotel had no option but to take the single service elevator , the wait time for which was 10-15 minutes. When we asked the staff to intervene, they disregarded the complaint and said and I quote “it is how it is, it’s not getting ok anytime soon” leaving the guests with no other option but to use a single elevator.

2. Pathetic room service. Air conditioning was not working properly in any of the rooms we were staying in and we had to call their manager to merely ask someone to come and check the issue in the room. This is how enthusiastic they were in adhering to their guests’ issues.

3. Impolite, rude and disrespectful staff. The entire staff somehow was trained to misbehave with the guests and throw attitude as if everyone is dirt in front of them. I have countless experiences of the same and can list them if required.

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in and probably the last time I’ll visit this property.

My request to all, DO NOT STAY here at all.

Worst hotel ever stayed. Very bad smell in full hotel and there are insects in room. After staying in this hotel we all got hospitalized with very high fever. Worst hotel. Not maintained nor they are following Covid rules and regulations. Don't stay here. Stay are very rude and not coporative at all. Even Air conditions was not working in any of the rooms.

The staff was very disrespectful. The manager doesn't know how to talk to people. There is no consensus among the staff. Ill mannered staff and supervising authority. Doesn't even deserve a single star.

The overall experience was nice, rooms were quite big and equipped with all the essentials. We had traditional food which was roti with kadai paneer and it was delicious and the quantity was literally for 3 person.

Had a good experience. The location was easy to find. The rooms were clean and quite big. Was there for a marriage. Will recommended.

Room are excellent but when we lock room and go out its unfair that a person to entre the room even for cleaning.they have to inform me first.i think the management is poor.they have no credibility.this is my personal experience. I will not stay in this hotel in future.poor experience. I don't like any one entering my personal room without my permission. My rating is 1 star just for this reason
