Owner was to rude refuse to take money online...said don't book the room through app come directly to us don't pay through the app and the room was also too small without AC and without TV...dustbin was full of garbage I called them to take the trash out but they didn't come to pick that up.

OYO company and property owner is in conflicts of payments , plz don't go on behalf of OYO team otherwise you have to suffer from harrassment and don't pay all amount in advance. At time of check-in I'm facing the same problem with hotel.

Hotel manager or owner is a fraud. He simply denied me the entry because I already booked and paid the rent. When I asked why he has listed his hotel on OYO, he casually said just for the sake of nothing.

Worst experience ever booked on OYO at rs 640. Owner denied checkin...hum OYO se nahi lete and demanded 1400
Bedsheet and blanket not clean, no towel, No Ac.
Don't go there... Paise waste BC

😤😡🤬Very bad experience & service was very poor, we reach at 5am they switched off ac from there control panel on 6am saying ac timings till 6am only for all rooms our checkout time was 11am but staff started knocking from 9am (normally checked in or out timings are for 24 hours 11am to next 11am or 12am to next 12 am or some only for nights or day charge for 12 hours), washroom was not cleaned, no lights in washroom, they not taking upi payments like gpay, phone pe or paytm, not accepting even cards, only cash payments & which room they give us in 1k before 1 day next day they will charging 1350rs for the same room not available drinking water no complementary given very rude staff bla bla bla👎🏻

I booked online and u denied it giving and it was ur staff and then owner even said same thing that online booking we are not fine with take out rooms in three time privet when ch is pathetic

You aren't getting something high class but it won't be as bad as some other places I've seen and the management staff is attentive. It'll be amazing if they try to take their prices down by atleast 20-25%.
