Worst experience in staying classy hotel. I book all rooms for family occasion and witnessed following issues: 1. no parking facility for guests vehicle 2. Breakfast was served in filthy basement 3. food was served in paper plates.
Also, the guy in reception argued and misbehaved with my guests when they complaint about the hospitality.

Amazing Hospitality and the place feels like home. I have been to this place multiple times with my friends and have always been welcomed so well.
The hotel staff is well organised and provides all the necessary things at ease. The place is clean with all the basic amenities in place. You can easily get in touch with the hotel staff in case of any discomfort and they do provide quick solutions for the same.
The property owner is very well behaved and welcoming. We have always found this property safe for girls and have always appreciated the well behaved staff.
Do try their maggi and chai. That’s like cherry on the top.
At last i just want to thank them for always taking such good care of us. It’s a home away from home.
P.S.- Safest place for female backpackers.

Amazing hospitality we can say. Staff is very helpful. Rooms are cosy and we cannot find anything best then this within this budget. Location is perfect. We loved our stay. Hotel recommend to everyone.

One of the Worthless Hotel, they don't know how to welcome guests. Check in time was 12noon, we reached the hotel around 3pm, while we reached there then only they started to clean the rooms. No lift, one have to climb stairs to reach. When we said what happened to the lift, there answer was just now the lift stop to work, but reality is it was never in working mode.
Rooms were good with modern amenities like wifi, AC, TV(Recharge was not done), Fridge, Telecom (Not working) hospitality were pathetic, even the basic telecom was not working. For our stay they took money for the electricity bill I guess, even while asked for evening tea, they said not available.
Pathetic Stay...
One must stay away from this hotel. Not at all recommended.

Avoid the first floor of this horrible place. The host 'Kunal Puri' is the worst person on the world, he will ask you for money and will not help solve anything. He treathened us so many times that we ran 2 nights earlier with fear. The second floor is way better because it is organized by other person. Never trust Kunal Puri or his "staff" that is a young dirty boy that knocks on your door called Ranjeet Rana.
Problems:
Bathroom door don't close Toilet leaks from behind Ventilator is broken allowing someone to look into the bathroom from outside Everything is dirty and stained No sheets or fabrics Almost no kitchen utensils It rains dirty water from the AC Power goes off 10 times a day Cockroaches Horribel noise from the other guests. Common area of the third floor is destroyed The whole building is falling apart full of trash
Never trust Kunal Puri as he is dangerous and a liar

The place is not worth the price. Very shady place and the whole building is untidy, full of garbage. Best part is the host can not handle the honest review on AirBnb. He called on my phone and threatened me because I posted an honest review there.
The host/manager of this hotel is really arrogant and mannerless.
Honestly do not recommend this place.

I stayed in the property for about 3 months and I couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay. I work in aviation industry so I had to be in Delhi for 3 months and my friends suggested the place for a long stay. It was very easy for me to travel as airport is just 20 mins away. This place has amenities which requires on daily basis. Can stay with co living. Can stay with room mates. Any kind of stay can be managed here. Especially the owner is very approachable and friendly. Staff is very efficient. Service is very good. Keep up the good work.

Very comfortable and friendly environment. Owner is very approachable and helpful at all the time. Treated us like a family. Anyone working in aviation or any other field this place is safe for all boyz and girl. We stayed here for 3 months and i can say that it was the best place out there in delhi near airport and Gurgaon.
