Hotel Royal orbit Dwarka Sector 9

Super Pathetic place. My relative came to see off at night and to make sure if I am safe but hotel staff ( specially at the front desk who claimed to be manager) denied my uncle to enter room. My uncle was forced to leave. I was alone and was feeling insecure.... Seriously not a place for female travellers... Still saying superb pathetic place... Teach ur staff how to treat people at least the person on the front desk..let accompanied people enter the room.. what's the harm in it., Don't understand... Awful experience in this hotel and feeling scared...

Amenities of the hotel are good. Nice AC room with attached bathroom, lift facility, very near to metro station. But there is a problem with the management- the room keys will only be given after a request (says it is not part of the regular package), the bedsheets were unchanged and had to pay extra for changing them.

Alert: Online pre-payment is not accepted here. Pay at hotel itself. Hotel is near metro station. Competitive prices and facilities are as per the rate. Staff is good. Kitchen services are not there, however you get complementary breakfast in morning. Lacks cleanliness.

Very badly maintaned place.. beds have stains on them... And the hotel is hard to find (no boards or names anywhere)... The toilet door handle was broken... But good staff so I give it 3 stars

They don't provide with the amenities standardized by the OYO services. Mattresses was untidy, soap & towel was not provided. Forced me to pay in cash only.

I am writing this review here, bcz hotel manager asked my phone for booking id at the time of checkout and he, just rate 5 star on my behalf without asking.very small and smelly rooms, no toiletry kit available in washroom,overall bad experience

Worst hotel I have ever been to,hotel manager took my phone for Id and rate himself 5 star without my permission,worst staff,worst maintenance,rooms are small , mattress are never washed, ventilation without proper insulation,I literally freezzed in the room due to temperature because of ventilation,and the heater is not working,I took ice water shower,very much bad experience I have ever had,not at all recommended,they don't even provide complementary breakfast when I asked the manager he said sorry can't provide like that,
I strongly recommend you not to book room in this hotel.

Rooms are pretty clean but staff hasn’t manner how to behave with someone. They were arguing on rates of room. Bathrooms are also good
