hotel was excellent. good rooms. just wow. service is very poor..the worst part is the restaurant. they just trying to looted the money from you. i suggest don't order a single item from the restaurant. lot of dhabas are there nearby. can go there. hotei is good..front office staff are very polite and friendly and helpful. you will never regret booking this hotel. but don't go to the restaurant. breakfast menu is less. hotel ambience. spacious rooms. front office staff behaviour.

Ye chattisgarh me rahte hain wahan ke boli aaor bhasha ko dehati samajhte hain. Hotel me gest ka photo khinchte hain. checking karne mein to theek hai check out karne mein 10-15 minut baithate Hain. room mein itna ghatiya badbu tha bolne ke bad bhi room freshner nahin mare. 45 minut rahakar room check out kar diya ekbaar puche Tak nahi any problem sir. aapko dehati samajh ke staff itna ghatiya munh banaenge aap dekh kar itna guilty feel karoge koi galti to nahin Ho Gaya is hotel mein Aakar. I think they need good staff for their hotel.

Pathetic service - Donot come here - Specifically if you are seeing Online rooms and coming here - rooms are not as shown Online. Story :- Booked Directly with hotel - deluxe double room with 2 beds. Coming to hotel they denied having any such room at their hotel and had to settle with whatever was available . Then Room given was very dirty with Pan/gutka spit every where in bathroom which was not cleaned even after complaining. Then breakfast was very bad didnt have any taste or quality as of 4/5 star standard hotel - trust me it was worst than roadside vendor selling samosas or south indian food. Above that upon checkout asked for extra money for gst which was not discussed while checking in. Overall very bad experience and wouldnt recommend anyone to checkin even if the prices go down to 1000 per night.

Stayed at the property on an official visit to Raipur, Decent for official/Business visit. Would not recommend for stay with family who don't want any compromises with their stay. Rooms are of decent size, Linens were stained, Washroom was not very clean (Like 3 - 5 star properties) expect 2 star property hygiene. Didn't had breakfast. Staff was Ok.

Nowhere close to a 4 star / 5 star hotel. Seems like the management has stopped maintaining this place. Gym is barely functional, swimming pool water didn't look clean.

Worst hotel in Raipur. I visit Raipur every month and stay in different hotels. This is my worst experience. Rooms are not clean. Very old property and not maintained. Service is poor. Package drinking water sealed was open.

We booked Hotel VW Canyon for a family marriage ceremony for 3 days i.e., 24th to 26th January. While booking, the Sales Manager assured that the property belongs to Haldiram Group and all the facilities including room service, lights, quality food etc. But to our extreme disappointment, after shifting, none of the above were provided satisfactorily.
1. We booked 60 rooms out of which about 7-8 rooms were stinking with improperly functioning AC and even door locks.. Also, to add on to it, cockroaches were found in certain rooms..
2. Main entrance and Lobby area were not clean at all.. All the surfaces were covered with a layer of dust with very less lighting and bad smell.
3. Very small area has been provided for car parking. Additionally, almost no light has been provided in the same making it a dark haunted area at night. Also, no proper planning for car parking has been done. On the evening of the function, cars were parked on both sides of the road making the entrance look clumsy.
4. Housekeeping service was not at all up to the mark. Several calls had to be made for a single requirement.
5. Swimming pool, gym, spa etc. facilities could never be utilised during our stay at the hotel since all of them were either unclean or nonfunctional.
6. Hygiene was not followed in the kitchen areas. They were stinky, dusty and cockroaches could be seen wandering all around.
7. Lunch for the first day was set up near the Lobby area. The tables were unclean, below standard and also the food quality was not at all satisfactory.
8. Lighting in the hall was very less. 50% of the lights were not working along with poor functioning AC. Even after several reminders, these two problems could not be resolved.
9. This was embarrassing for us being the hosts as looking at such poor facilities, our guests from different states as well as foreign countries were questioning the rating of the hotel.
10. In the name of extra bedding, a poor quality thin foam sheet was provided in all the rooms. Even the local hotels provide a better extra bedding.
11. The Sales Manager's behaviour was extremely rude. He had no sense of respect for the elderly customers. On complaining, he only misbehaved and straight forward told us to contact Haldiram Office, Nagpur.
In comparison to the high cost being charged in return for the expected facilities, the services being provided are very less and pathetic. I would suggest the owner to at least look into the feedback being given to the poor services of the hotel and also immediate action needs to be taken against the misbehaving staff members. Otherwise the day is not far when these drawbacks would lead the customers to boycott this Hotel.

I have been here in the recent past day's...🛎️ This hotel is very nice...🌿 The location is also good...🌼 Room service is also good and you get good food here and if we talk about the rest inside, there are very big halls inside in the hotel where events and whatever company keeps getting doing done, then this is what it is, Very nice place too...🌻 If you are looking for a good hotel then this hotel can prove to be good for you...👍🏻 Although I do not have much knowledge about the price of fair, but I felt the ambience of the hotel is great...🌿👯 There is good positivity there...👍🏻
