Room was smelling, extensive foul smell could not be done away after lot of room freshener sprays. Dirty linen and bathroom. Plug points not working. mosquito repellent provided after asking but no plug point was in working condition near by. Corridors were full of dirt. Food quality not OK and service was not proper. Staff was courteous but not aware of basic practices. Parathas served without either curd or pickles or sauces. water not available in room. After asking it was provided. intercom system not working.

It is really a great place to have fun and joy with family and friends. It is surrounded by nature and gives u a feel of history and nature. The staff and service of Soumaya Resort is really good and they take care personally. The quality of food is also good,Good quality rooms and amenities. I have been there 2 times and love to go again and again .

It was a last minute reservation that we got. So thanks to the management and Mr. Bishwajit Chakraborty. They have just acquired the place a few months back and are working to improve the experience for the guests. The staff is polite. The overall place is good. The playground have beautiful green grass and safe for chidren to play.

Good experience but need some attention on following: need mosquitoes/insects nets on windows and ventilators. in night it's not good. water problem in taps improper supply. door latches are not good. room odour unpleasant.
