Hotel Shanti Home

Service is not as much as I expected there is some deficiencies I observed :-
a) Toiletry items not available
b) Room service affected and no telephone directory available there.
c) Toilet is not clean and there is no faucet for toilet.

Overall average hospitality there

The Hotel Shanti Home is located bang opposite Raipur Junction station on the main road. It's easily accessible. Since its located on the 1st and 2nd floor climbing the stairs is a problem since there's no lift. Moreover it doesn't have a restaurant of its own . We have to order from outside or move out to eat. Washroom is too small with hardly any space to move

Well maintained with humble and cooperative staff with 24 hrs of service .
AC room rent is 2000.
Don't forget to take your adhar card for entry in rooms

I have used this hotel twice and the experience was good. Rooms are good and spacious. Location-wise, hotel is visible from Railway station (just across the road). Haven't used room services so no idea about it ...but you can ask them to bring food from outside (may be costly, choose wisely). Overall you can have a peaceful stay!

The service and location was good but hygiene was not upto the mark, cockroaches were there, Geyser was not working. The hotel staff need to be work on it. Wifi speed is normal around 1 Mbps to 40 Mbps so you can also work there online.

I stayed here for two days

Very neat & clean . Located just outside the railway station at a walkable distance. Cooperative staff. Given one star less because faced some water shortage in the morning, but it was only for half an hour and they didn't provide the AC remote, I had to use my phone. Overall, at the given cost the hotel is very good.

The hotel is neat & clean. Located at walking distance from the railway station. But some carelessness were clearly on the part of hotel management in the view of covid situation like they should apply cover on blankets provided and change them after each visitor but they simply provided the one without any cover which seemed very reckless & unhygienic. Talking about the pillow cover and bedsheets, they were changed & well maintained. One more thing is that I booked an AC room but they didn't provide AC remote and when I asked for it they simply denied, simply without a valid reason, seemed strange but it was already not required much so I ignored.
one can easily get taxi, auto, bus etc easily as it is situated beside main road and ordering from zomato, swiggy etc. is also easy since most popular outlets are situated nearby.
overall an Ok experience at the cost, but not so good.
