Shivam Grand Hotel And Laziz Restaurant

I had stayed in AC executive room 2 days back.It was a nightmare fr me.They took 2 hours to clean the room.Washroom was in mess.most of the fittings broken.No nets in windows resulting into huge mosquitoes even during day time.Sparkling in AC and I had to call hotel people to rectify it who did it very casually.Water was oozing out fm AC.Complimentary breakfast was a great cheat.Only 2 small parathas n no curd although they had told.Pl don't use hotel towels as they are dirty n full of stains.Pl avoid staying in this hotel .Owner who claimed to be MD has no concern fr guests.Such a big hotel with restaurant is managed by 3/4 people.So u can imagine the state of affairs

It's was good place according to city standard wise good facility. Charges nominal food nice staff behavior was very nice...... I was recommended to stay at here without any hesitation.

Crispy Sweet Corn and Mutton Curry is excellent here. A good hotel in a small place. Nice place to stay and excellent restaurant dishes.

THE HOTEL IS GOOD LOOK WISE BUT CLEANESS OF BATHROOM IS VERY POOR ,SO MANY ITEMS ARE NOT WORKING,FOOD IS GOOD
