Flagship 45443 Hotel Suvidha

I really like to stay in this Hotel. Its comfortable, clean, and nice. staff are well behaved. Plus I love ordering chicken biryani. Its d best. Thankx for serving. Keep d good work. 🥰

Believe me all reviews are fake that has given 5 star to this hotel.
1. The staff behavior was very rude, impolite.
2. Directly declined about room instead of my booking.
3. Doesn't even listen to customer care executive when they called.
4. Can't adjust for 5 min if you stay bit time extra Directly will charge you 500 rs
5. Rooms are small and facilities not work properly.
So I suggest don't go there..

Hotel location is superb, food taste below average, staff behaviour is just fine (don't expect a good hospitality), food prices are very expensive when look at the taste & quantity. Please keep a note that you can't expect hygienic & clean room in this hotel but can expect lot of mosquitoes who'll squeeze out your blood day & night. Ventilation is no where related to any room.

during check-in they asked for extra sum saying. our price of the room is this much, so you have to pay the difference. receptionists were very rude and unprofessional. house keeping was worst. Firstly they used unwashed sheets in the bed, asking receptionist to send the house keeper twice. still they didn't send anyone. we have booked for room with breakfast. they wants to charge for the food as well, on arguing, they gave the minimum they can in breakfast. they just want to milk money from any customer dare to visit this hotel. I'll suggest, go to local guesthouse but not this hotel.

Worst stay ever as manager calls for 3200 extra for the stay or else he'll cancel the stay. No matter at what price you get at ola manager will ask you the balance amount to make it 1350 per day. Rooms and it's service aren't worth 500 a day. They even charge for single water bottle.

First of all I booked the hotel online through OYO Rooms and after that when I was reached at hotel then the hotel staff deny to check in and said that we're not accepting online booking I have reached before 9 Am so thank God I got my refund but what if I was not there before 9 then they charged me 1500 for 1 day and online booking was 1020 something and it's not fair at all cause while booking the hotel the One of executive of OYO Rooms was on Call and they confirmed from the Hotel (Hotel Suvidha) still they refused to check in this was horrible for me please be aware of all these things otherwise everything was fine

As I reached Hotel at 12.30 am in night after paying full amount but hotel refused to give room. I have paid again full amount cash at Hotel Counter with additional charges since OYO people had some payment issue with Hotel so they are not accepting their booking. No compensation made by OYO and I will not recommended any OYO booking next time. Still waiting for my refund.

Worst experience the all reviews are fake guys.. i travel many city in India but i never have experience issue like this the staff ask me extra money for giving the room i alredy paid on online so why the ask me for they money.. if i denied the don't give me the room... Instead of this hotel book another one...
