Fabulous experience. Massive amount of thought and care and expertise has gone into every little detail. The food was really outstanding. The service was also exceptional. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the food. The crockery selection was exquisite too. I would even say it was very reasonably priced

Not a professional hotel; in fact it can be compared with an economical lodge having big building.....
1. no warm water in bathroom
2. no regular cleaning of room
3. towels not clean
4. absolutely slow response time
5. drinking water availability in room
6. AC intermittently working
7. TV with limited free channels only
and many more

I stayed here on 27th July. Average to below average room. Front office guy was incompetent and tool nearly 15-20 min for check in. Services are damn poor. Ordered room service, and order delivered after two reminders. Breakfast- poorest service, items (fruit, poha, poori) not replenished and not served even after multiple reminders. Bad taste. Stay at your own risk

The hotel rooms are not satisfactory.
Showers are not working properly. The hand faucet was leaking. Hot water issues.

Need more ventilation often. Professional staffs needed.

I raised a complaint, owner of the property shifted me to a suite room . Did consider my request. It will be a good place if professional staffs are hired

good place service is slow rooms are not so cool property need some renovation
