We had a wonderful experience at the HOTEL TULIP ARENA, RAIPUR . Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help!
They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. The staffs at this property are all great. Specially Miss Yogita helps us from day 1. She was really very helpful as per hospitality and service. She had arranged all of the rooms, proper check-in as per our chart. She is very disciplined and well maintained employee.
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.
Would definitely send a friend there for Destination marriage.

Recently had a stay here for a couple of days with my husband on our first trip to Raipur. Excellent property. There is a big lawn where one can sit, kids can play and good place for jogging and running. Even one can book the lawn for events and parties. Amidst the city, the hotel area is fully greenery, abundance of nature. Coming to the architect, the rooms are spacious and the swimming pool is awesome. Restaurant, that is the most luxury corner of the hotel, food are so tasty and I loved the starter chicken lollypop, which was so tasty that I took daily on my lunch and dinner. Coming to the hospitality, as we reached, the bellboy welcomed with a Namashkar and carried out bags to the room, it took only 2 minites to check in, the staff do not make us hang on the reception. The room service was excellent, the housekeeping people cleaned it daily and whatever we need, they provide us. Laundry was quick and overall the it is one of the "Homely-Safely" hotel. Now we are back to Hyderabad but planning to celebrate our brother's marriage in that beautiful lawn of the hotel.

Rooms and services are really good, USP is balcony attached with the room...food is also good with reasonable prices not too much costly, parking is available, restaurant and ground for events is also in good condition. I only feel that it's quite far from railway station and nearby market and transport is also around 500 meters from the hotel...i recommend this hotel if you have mid budget around 2.5k per day...

A very well appointed hotel with excellent room fixings.
Food in the restaurent is excellent so is the service. Breakfast menu needs enhancement with more options.
The flush tap in the toilets need a bit of getting used to ! TV channels mostly are not working. In FIFA WC days, no provision to watch it!! That is a big negative

Tulip arena hotel is so beautiful and staff is very hospitable. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The services are excellent. All staff make sure that when you leave this hotel you leave with a memory. Starting from check in to check out every thing was excellent. I would like to thank few people who made our stay comfortable and memorable is mr. akash kamle who made sure that we get delicious foods and service. The best part was f&b staff were coming to table and asking how we are, how is the food and hope we are enjoying the stay. Staffs near pool were very hospitable. We will visit soon to enjoy your hospitality.

Very good service and quality of food. Nice ambience with swiming pool. Well maintained property with very good studio rooms. Good for families and couples. We recommend and definately refer the property.

Rooms are spacious, Staff is humble, however Breakfast needs attention,
Limited items on Menu will be prepared as per Guest on demand, taste is good but need to improvise spread and availability.
