Hotel Trinity Grand

One of the only two places where drinks is available. Good ambience

Room size is good and breakfast is too good when you plan to stay there please book complimentary breakfast.

Experience was good nice property. looks like Overdue maintenance. Food and service is ok to Good. One of area of improvement is there Utility water for shower and wash Basin has stinking foul smell.Looks like they use here direct bore water without treatment which has some sewage waste contamination. Given feed back to reception counter. Do Not know how much they understood the seriousness of issue.

The hotel facilities are outdated. Need upgrade.. location near Jindal road. Too dustly..

No parking facilities I took bus there owner said me to park you bus at road side or take it any where away from my hotel I think if bus will come it brings you your coustomer so think about it he says I will welcome only coustomer not bus and bus driver because bus is big it takes much space so please hang a notice board outside you hotel that don't come by bus come only in four wheeler and also bus staff is also not allowed inside tha hotel because they are poor and illetrate and they had no money to our standard at last this hotel is disgusting a loyal review by poor coustomer

The staff members specially the 2 female receptionist are very rude. They don't know how to talk. They don't know what to speak. Please do not go to this hotel if you want a comfortable stay. Just imagine the worst uneducated uncultured staff and then visit Trinity grand Raigarh, you will not be disappointed. My Best wishes are with the guest who are going commit this mistake.

The female staff is very rude. She has no decency to talk to a customer. I would never go to this hotel again.
But if anyone wants to humiliate him/herself please visit this hotel(lodge). Trinity grand lol

Overall experience was not good. I was really disappointed . The reasons are as follows
1. welcome and the reception was average. No one to attend or welcome. Had to manage all bags on our own
2. No Hot water on the first night
3. Room lock latch was not there
4. Lots of disturbance in the night. Next room doors banging late into the night
5. AC Vents dirty. black dust flew through the vents whole night
6. after room cleaning...someone smoked in the room. smoke smell when we entered
7. Toilet flush not working

But at the same time there are a few positives

1. Food is really Great and Tasty
2. Staff are nice and well behaved
3. Room service was good and timely
4. Changed our rooms without fuss due to the smoke smell.

Really hope that the management looks into the upkeep and maintainence of the rooms and other physical assets.
