This hotel is my favorite place to stay . The staff is always smiling, checking in is fast and efficient and the room was always clean. I love that it's close to the VIP Road and the location overall is perfect for me.

Worst , ridiculous service My parents went there for attending a marriage , they had a stay of just one day and the hotel staff made them the most uncomfortable. Room was dirty Flush was not working Too many mosquitoes Seriously agrabatti was provided to get rid of those mosquitoes . Staff denied for tea in morning , Even the lock of the room was not working , How can they say that they are providing any hospitality if they are teasing there guest already. Just because it was booked by the marriage family my parents adjusted otherwise they would have seriously raised a complaint.

The place was preety decent. The only issue was the door didn't have a lock and we had to leave our luggage in a different room before heading out to explore the city. So that could've been better.

There is no hot water, room condition is very bad, tv also not working, no Wi-Fi, no towals, no bathing soap, very masquitos also present there, it's total waste of money,

There is no point in booking this hotel online. They will charge extra according to their will and said they couldn't afford to give this hotel room as you have got it in less money and rude staff behaviour. (They don't accept any online booking even if you have paid and confirmed)

Hotel staff denied us of any room in their hotel. He asked Rs 1000 as we booked in oyo app for Rs 600 around . This is disgrace for oyo to keep such hotel in their list which not only make problems for the customers as well as build trust issues with such app.

How you can rate OYO these kinds of hotels. There is no washbasen for washing hands ,no toilateries, of OYO or any general fascilities. After complaint to OYO area manager he was also insisting to pay the full amount bill for two days, as it was not worth to stay for two days, so we left the room by paying for two days after staying in one night only for two rooms. Shame to OYO understanding with hotel. We are filing and suing the same to Consumer court as we had images of all the available fascilities were available in hotel. This hotel is worth for Rs 500/- per night its basically Dormatry not Hotel
