Well-provided one-stop solution to manage a party. I am quite impressed with their managing party on short notice.

I just loved the experience with the Amit Hotel & Banquet. I'm so happy to share my review. Have no second thought and doubt in terms of quality of food ,décor and staff behavior, management and they have very specious parking space as well. We gather for a small party . That we have enjoyed without tension. wonderful place and service.

I am very much disappointed with hotel and staff behavior . Staff behavior is very loyal to hotel owner Amit but its never been guest or customer friendly.

I am summarizing my poor feedback for hotel below :-

Charged 2500 × 2 for 2 room for 4 hours then i asked to stay in room for whole night just as a question then hotel staff started soughting and denied. Even though was purposfull its was for bride and groom meeting but room even booked or charged 24 hours right.

It was AC room but it was winter and Blower was expected right . Whta is the meaning of AC charges there . It shoud have been discounted or heat blower should have been provided. Room charges was also over priced . On goibibio it was showing only 1800 but they charged 2500 really bad or badest.

For break fast they charged 300 and trust me food was not up to mark even.

I booked buffet and these people charged 950 per plate and really it was a worse quality even do not deserve 300 per plate.

TV was not working .

What is the meaning of Hospitality . @Amit hotel need to learn and they should refund money.

In case amit donot trust my feedback then i am ready to have meet and taste the food served by Staff or Hotel.

Rude and pathetic staff ,reached hotel at night where staff completely misbehaved with me considering the situation. Stay in any cheap hotel or lodge but never book this hotel.They are taking things for granted . Quality of room are below average you will find same in hotels or lodge costing 500 a day.

Hotel Amit is a very decent hotel for any kind of events. I know this hotel from long time. It is also approved from Bihar tourism department. Staff are also very decent.

Wow super great sarvise and have very specious parking space as well. We gather for a small party . That we have enjoyed without tension. wonderful place and service.

HORRIBLE
Very bad experience.
Stayed in room number 102 yesterday.
Could not sleep because
1. Room was too cold during cold winter season, and blanket was exhaustively dirty. Touching the blanket meant inviting germs.
2. Sound of horns of lorries on highway were quite distinct and loud, inhibiting us from sleep.
3. When I reached hotel it was locked from outside and all the lights were off, even though my booking for the night was confirmed.
4. The guard was rude and uninformed. There was no other staff to be seen around.
5. The guard opened the room and asked for payment for the drinking water he would keep in the room.
6. No morning tea, breakfast or any frill included.
7. Toilet and bathroom had one dirty towel rolled over and kept.
8. In the name of toiletry there was one tiny hamam soap, kept, and nothing else.
9. The single mug and bucket were filthy and sticky at base.
10. The gyiesure (hot)water flow was few mm per minute.
11. AC switch board was burnt and wall had backend with wire hanging from switch up to AC. Attempting to switch on the AC was meaningless, might lead to electrical short circuit.

DO NOT DARE STAY HERE should be displayed there

Awesome service Very nice hotel for wedding. We will only recommend to people that whenever someone gets married, they should go to a hotel.
