Very unprofessional in dealing with the customers. full of fake arrogance. Seems to be living in the era of grandeur. They talk and behave as if they are the best in the market. But, in reality, they are one of the worst. Except food, there is nothing good about this place. Food is clean and good....you can choose this place only for food. Stay elsewhere but you can have food here.

Rooms are average. Clean but insects are there. Room service is not well trained. Connectivity is very good. Good shops are nearby for shopping. Near by you can find good food. Popular destinations are nearby like patna junction, maurya complex dackbunglow road, frazer road. One must try south indian food at basant vihar resturant.

Rooms are ok in terms of cleanliness. But have very old interior design. Very basic looking. Rooms are also over priced. In my view you should visit city centre hotel .

The location and layout is excellent. But it is not value for money. The construction is very old and charges are very high. We could only get an Deluxe AC room costing 2500 RS per night. Air conditioner had no cooling effect were just making lot of sound and very old unit. While they are charging such high amount should replace all the old units. The room size was hardly less than hundred square feet. The management is giving no attention to maintenance and just minting money taking advantage of the location and old prestige. The food in restaurant was quite good but also very expensive. Thali cost 240 rupees. Requires immediate refurbishment or reduction of room rent. security is good.
