Good spacious room. Services are ok. Food from hotel is costly. However the same can be explored in nearby restaurants. Location in the interior. Effort needed to locate hotel

Please Please never go at this place after seeing there rate on OYO or some other website . They will charge some extra amount at the time of check in.
I was booked this hotel by the help of goibibo . That time rate was showing very low . When i came to Patna for chick in, they simple deny to give the room because the rate was showing very low there , and asking for more money. They just play with your situations because you don't go any where when you come with your family or partner there .

Not a good oyo hotel if you are booking online and complete payment and after that you will reached hotel after that will be charged extra money by hotel staff . On that time you can't get help by oyo costommer care person.

First of all the location was not appropriate. When i asked for dinner they refused to me by saying that they don't provide any kind of meal apart from this they charged for water too. Bad room, dirty bedsheet, dirty pillow with too much mosquitos.

Hotel was good and facilities were just Ok. Hotel staff was asking more money saying tariff is too low.

I booked room on different price but when reach at hotel for checking the hotel asked me 400 rs extra or cancel booking if you want smooth check in and stay go directly.

Room manager denied to provide room b'coz of online booking. Oyo's customer care didn't support as well as .even payment was pre done via online during booking
