Very good service in this hotel in muzaffarpur city. Hotel look is awesome. All Stap service is excellent. Mr. Vikash jii is very humble, helping and cooperative in nature. The location is good and hospitality is really appreciable I give 5star rating in hotel. This hotel is suitable for all kind of function. I vist in wedding function with my friend and i also come another time in this hotel really this hotel is amazing in North bihar.
I special thankful to Mr. Vikash jii.

It is a good property located in the main market area which is also nearby to Railway Station. Sharing and Reserved auto rickshaw are easily available. The staff are so helpful and courteous.

Just had one bad experience over here and the way of staff handling that issue was not at all good. There were insects in the dinner I ordered. The staff responded very casually on that

Overall property is very good but the staffs are very pathetic rather they behave like goons.

And most important part:
If you write a review or give them a feedback instead of accepting it positively as a genuine customer feedback they will start blaming you only. ( it can be verified from threads/replies of 1 star or 2 star feedback)

THE CUPS Combo offer is awesome. Today me n my friends groups are enjoy a lots. Very pocket friendly combo items, lots of different dishes and good test. thanks too royal phular to provide awesome food n great services n facilities.

Very bad experience in royal phular hoels huse charges but no facilities in this hotel pl go another hotel and manager behaviour also in this comment. Manager Behaiviour also not good. Regarding guest. So please go another holels

One of the best hotels in Muzaffarpur situated on main road. Very good hospitality and courteous staff. Restaurant serves tasty food which your taste buds would love. Hotel is equipped with all modern amenities and takes care of your comfort. However rooms and littles small.

I have eaten there yesterday and i got infection in my stomach even the taste was not good. i got stomach ache (very badly)and i specially suggest children's to not go and eat here because quality was not good according to money if you want to click selfiees you can go there. otherwise i like nothing in that place . I will never go again here.

Highly costly items but no quality of that kind of cost level.
Ambience, location, hygiene everything else are good btw.
They really should revise the cost as per their quality or raise the quality as per the cost
