This hotel should be give below 1 star rating as management & staff behavior is so abusing. Environment of this hotel is so dirty and there is no parking space. I will no recommend to anyone who planning to visit in this hotel.

Booked this hotel for one of my cousin and soughted to me why you book this hotel, his overall experience of this hotel was so bad.... I will not recommend to anyone to choose this hotel

Can you believe they dont have parking in hotel. The rooms were in bad shape and there is no lift in hotel. Charging 2000 per night ???

nice hotel WiFi was slow but overall it is good. Staff is friendly. This hotel is best if you are traveling for DM and SP office. No kitchen in hotel. Food can be bought from nearby restaurants. no issues were faced during the stay.

Worst stay at 2000bugs as it is worth 700only . Breakfast inclusive but no cook is there so they may buy puri bhaji for you after charging 250rs or more BF. Dirty rooms. Pathetic staff. I told them I'm reaching late but kept on standing at the gate for 20min for the channel to open Nd even after that for someone to pick my luggage as there is no lift. Horrible. 2 to 3 floors but no lift. In a shop size area they have made rooms to stay with poor ambience . Will never recommend. Once I scolded the attendant they showed another room. A 100rs better one. That's it. I have to just spend this night. But I must say, any female traveller should never opt for these mmt recommendations.and ratings. Its all mostly fake because similar experience I jad in Kharagpur WB.
