Conveniently located right off of National Highway 19 near Aurangabad, Bihar and suitable for travelers. The motel has spacious rooms and open parking facilities. Ambience is not great but manageable. Staffs are all very nice and attentive to all of the requests. Food quality needs improvement

Booked this hotel for marriage in family. At the time of booking, the Hotel Manager Mr. Amit promised all facilities such as Parking, Water distribution to guests, light and flowers decoration in hotel, basic amenties in room etc. would be taken care of and arranged within time. Even on the day of marriage, he promised everything would be ready by 4 pm in evening. But, facilities were never arranged.
1. There was no flower and light decoration even after including charges in the final amount. 2. Hotel had promised 15 waiters. But, only 8 waiters were provided. 3. There was no facility for drinking water available once the party ended. Marriage rituals continue through the night. But, drinking water wasn't provided to guests. 4. Similarly, there was no facility for coffee in night time. 5. Food quality and taste was dismal even though the per plate charge was exorbitant. 6. Washed dishes were not available in time. People had to wait in queue for taking plates. 7. There was no facility for cleaning. Food items and packets were thrown here and there. But, no one took the initiative to clean. 8. Wash basins were clogged. No place to wash hands after eating. 9. Rooms did not have even the basic facilities such as towels, soaps, shampoos etc. Bedsheets were torn and dirty. 10. In many rooms, toilet was clogged. 11. The hotel owner and manager were called at least 40-50 times by my family during the entire night regarding these concerns. But, they didn't care to answer the phone calls.
We had booked all the rooms, both halls and food area. But the poor facilities provided left us red faced and embarrassed in front of our guests who were very angry regarding the arrangements.
This hotel has no experience of holding marriage functions. But, they accept the orders gladly and promise to bring the moon on earth. They're merely a restaurant with some rooms listed on OYO.
My advice :- Never book this hotel for marriage functions. You'll only feel cheated in the end.

The very very worst hotel I have never seen before, like the staff behavior is very rude and violent to the guest, i was there to check in but the behavior nd language of the manager is too unprofessional nd very rude,that I was about to cry there nd totally helpless, for the incident happened to me I'm gonna complain against hotel management in consumer court.

I have used this Motel in Aurangabad, Bihar and liked it very much. Situated right on the highway, wide parking area and prompt service. Though the toilets of few rooms need renovation.

Never trust this hotel for any sort of occasion. I got married here. Ac were not working and staffs were not cooperative. Worst experience ever.

It's a nice cozy place situated on GT road. The services here are nice plus unmarried couples are allowed here and the prices are not very high.
