Bad staff,over priced,even 1 star is too good,room service is the worstunhygienic

Stay was very average. I stayed here for a night but everything was of low hygiene. Counting from bedsheets to washroom, nothing was clean. Toilet seat was not intact, toilet cover was dropping everytime. Bedsheets were very dirty.. even the reception guy was not really concerned to look after the guests. Ok ok stay

The stay was not ok. The maintenance of appliances was pathetic. No responsibility n professionalism but the receptionist was jovial n quick to make corrections. Food was sufficient but spicy n expensive for a non standard hotel. No security at front desk though. Unhygienic n a nightmare with construction noise happening round the clock. Do not ever visit this hotel. A genuine request n an advice.

The hotel was not as per expectations correct location is also Jagat Narayan Road. Google map took me to some other place there was not any hotels at all

Rooms are good. Bathrooms are spacious especially of the room 101. The flush does not work properly. AC, TV, Room Service and Dining all are good. The receptionist is a gorgeous married woman with a broken tooth 😋.

Bad attitude morning shift reception guy, clean shave small hight , too much bad behaviour , no greet customers and show like he is owner of hotel
The flush does not work properly.
AC, TV, Room Service and Dining all are good.
The receptionist is a gorgeous married woman with a broken tooth 😋.
