At first during check in, they told me there is no room available. But I already prebooked the room by paying online and the booking was confirmed. Then they told I have to give Rs.1000 more to get room. I checked in at night. So I had no other option but to pay 1000 rupees. Secondly there was no lift. They gave me a room at 4th floor. I had to carry my heavy luggages by stairs. They even don't pick up call for service. Very very poor service

Staff behave is extremely poor .when i want to check in, they ask for extra money which was almost double of booked price. When I try to call Oyo helpline they told me that if you are not paying we will not allow to check in. When Oyo helpline try to rich them they didn't respond to any call even Oyo tell me that give your phone to receptionist but they ignore him. I was in hurry and also with my mrs so i have no option to shift other Oyo. These hotels are defaming Oyo. Please please end tie-up with these poor hotels. They are USING you and me. The bed sheet was not clean and they didn't give me Oyo kit and water. 🥲🥲🥲🥲

Very dirty hotel. All the bedsheets, blanket, toilet and room are dirty. Very bad behaviour of hotel manager and staffs. The owner of the hotel is very rude. I booked the room from oyo and when complained about the room , the oyo called the owner and the owner directly said to shift the guest to another hotel( It was around 10pm). They have not sorted out the problem. Never book this hotel.

Location is only awesome. But it's all Oyo's fault to give such a 3rs grade hotel as a flagship hotel. Such rude and impolite behaviour i have never seen in my lifetime. Booked the room for half price in Oyo app but they told Oyo doesn't know anything and took the full payment from me. Lift not working, the building 3rd floor is their first floor, they gave me room in 5th floor. Blanket, room space, bedsheet all dirty. Receptionist very rude and talks as if he is a local goon. Please avoid this hotel.

They asked for extra Rs. 375 and was asked to cancel Oyo booking(as I am loyal customer of oyo since 2018 I convinced them that I'll not cancel). Room was not clean at all. No bucket in bathroom. Blankets and towel not clean at all

Bathroom was not clean window was broken.. And room furnishings were not in place.. I had to move the wardrobe to another side. And they always charge me extra ₹200.

There was no staff except for one man sitting at reception. No mirror in washroom to shave. Liquid soap bottles were broken. Highly unhygienic. I immediately shifted to other hotel and requested for refund from Oyo.

The hot water gizzard is not working, I told the hotel person that I need hot water urgently, but there is no help from there side. And the need was urgent, I can't wait for 1 hour, when I went after around 1 hour to check out, I saw he was sleeping, what kind of casual behaviour it is
