I've charged extra during checkin. Hotel staff refused to let me stay at booking price shown in app. I had booked this for about 550₹ but I had to pay ₹1000/- to stay. Other than this room was spacious, clean and well maintained.

Service was good. Value for money. Located in residential area but connectivity is good. Room was spacious as well hygienic. Family as well as couple can stay at a good rate.

The room was spacious but there is no provision for much provisions for veg food. Cleanness is moderate, the staff made arrangements and changes the bed sheets after reaching there in the hotel. The overall experience was average.

It was great pleasure to stay with oyo premium rooms . Ambience and other facilities was good but the room was not according as shown in oyo site.Other than that everything was perfect and meet our expectation.

The room was average but the good part was the fact that there was no disturbance and a good privacy for couples were available. The washroom was also clean and TV and electric equipment were working well. The disappointing part was that the bed sheet and towel were not very clean. Overall the stay was satisfying.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Patna.

Very Bad, I had booked online with INR677, but when i reached hotel for check in then representative on reception decline to stay at INR677 & told me that minimum of INR1200 will be pay for stay, then i am requesting him & bargaining, then he ready with INR850.. This is my bad experience, why OYO representative not penalise this type of hotel?
