very Good. Reception manager polite behavior. food was good & Rates are average .i feel very comfortable during my stay. According to me this hotel will get 4.5 stars in terms of hygiene, its i think one of the best hotels when you go with "go safe" type of standards. Very awesome experience... Nice staff nd tasty food also....I am giving 100 out of 100 rating. keep it up

first of all the name was different, the actual name was 'the vibrant inn' also the room is ok but it's ambience, lighting etc. are at its worst, many not even working. other basic things like towel, hand wash etc were not provided, flush even not working and asked the staff to change it, they said they will send some one soon for checking but even after reminding once more no one ever came to check the basic amenities functioning. AC also not cooling good Even after max settings for cold temperatures, the temperature was like just a bit warm than normal.

Booked the hotel from Agoda. Paid all money online. But the hotel said that the amount paid online is not sufficient. I had to pay more than the booking amount again. Since travelling with family, it was difficult to move from there. My suggestion never book from Agoda and never never go to this hotel. Hotel is a thug, and Agoda has no policy to resolve your problem if such things happen.
Also no lift.

Staff is really good they gave two cup of water but , my booking is very bad , actually my booking has not done by service then i chose diffrence hotel in the city

Rooms were smelling bad, and they charged 1200 rupees. Don't book there, chairs were broken they kept, tables were broken.place was so dirty.

Totally fraud way they are doing .
If you book via Oyo they will not accept .
Also if you visit there they will say for couple pay 1500 instead of 500 rs showing in Oyo .

Worst reception boy demanding money more and more .

We booked online and made payment..now the hotel management is denying..they told us they are not taking online bookings... This is so unprofessional ... Will never recommend this ...never go for this hotel they are unprofessional and rude. And the also don't book through MMT ever.

After reaching to hotel the staff demanded extra money and oyo customer care does not help..So have to pay 800 extra for my stay..Very bad and late service of the staff too is a problem..
